Vulcano gourmet tip for truffle filet:

Sliced country-style the thickness of the back of a knife with crusty black bread or Mediterranean-style – gossamer-thin with baguette or ciabatta either toasted or fried in olive oil, lightly seasoned with rosemary or a pinch of sea salt. Also try tangy cheese – parmesan, pecorino, full-flavoured mountain cheese or nutty emmental – as an accompaniment to truffle filet.
